The Bolivian team takes the field this Monday, against Andorra, in Annaba, Algeria. The friendly game is scheduled for 6pm (Brasília time).
This is the Bolivians’ second commitment on this FIFA Date. Previously, Antônio Carlos Zago’s team lost to Algeria, 3-2. Santos midfielder Miguelito started as a substitute and only entered the second half of the match.
The team is preparing to compete in the Copa América. Bolivia is in Group C of the competition, along with the United States, Panama and Uruguay. The tournament starts on June 20th.
In the South American Qualifiers, the Bolivians appear in penultimate place, with three points from six rounds – one victory and five defeats. Before the Copa América, the team has another friendly scheduled against Mexico, on May 31st.
On the other side, Andorra is preparing for the League of Nations. The team will not compete in the European Championship, as they were at the bottom of Group I of the Qualifiers, with only two points in ten matches. In the last game, the team drew 1-1 with South Africa.
