Fitness trainer Elena Sobol named the three best exercises that will help make your arms beautiful and toned. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.

According to her, you can even practice at home. “Grab dumbbells or water bottles. Stand in front of the mirror and raise your outstretched arms to the sides, do not sway, make movements smoothly and only with your hands. You should feel your shoulders. You need to do three sets of 15 repetitions,” Sobol said.

The specialist suggested doing the second exercise for the biceps. “You need to stand up, fix your arms with dumbbells along your body and begin to bend your arms at the elbows, turning your wrists towards your shoulders. You should do three sets of 12 times,” she said.

The third exercise involves the triceps. “Take one dumbbell in two hands and lock your elbows in one position. Place the dumbbell behind your head and raise your arms up so that it is above your head. Do three sets of 15 repetitions,” Sobol added.

On March 13, expert trainer Svetlana Drogina named the best exercise for working the muscles of the whole body. She recommended doing a twisted plank.
