Krzysztof Piątek may leave the Bundesliga. There is an offer for a Pole

The German daily “Bild” informed a few days ago that it could get rid of it in winter. The Polish representative, unwanted in the German capital, was to be put up for sale. It turns out that so far at least one offer to buy it has been received.

Galatasaray wants to download Krzysztof Piątek

The journalist of the Turkish website “Fanatik” Yakup Cinar said that Istanbul had made an official offer of the former striker. Importantly, the offer also includes a buyout option, which would allow the Turkish club to permanently transfer the Pole after the season.

The club from Istanbul is said to be intensively searching for a new center forward. All because of a serious injury that Mbaye Diagne suffered recently, and the African Cup of Nations, which Mostafa Mohamed will most likely go to.

The difficult situation of Piątek in Berlin

So far, the German media have not provided any information about the club’s reaction from Berlin to the offer, as well as the decision of the player himself. It is hard to expect, however, that the position of the Polish striker in the German club will change. In the last five games for Krzysztof Piątek he stayed on the pitch for just 38 minutes.

The 26-year-old plays for the club from the German capital from the end of January 2020. In the current season, he has played 10 matches in all competitions, in which he scored one goal and recorded one assist. The portal “Transfermarkt” valued him at 15 million euros, and his contract with Hertha is valid until the end of June 2025.
