Ishmuratova called the Russians’ performance in a neutral status a rejection of the country
Two-time Olympic biathlon champion Svetlana Ishmuratova condemned Russians who want to compete in neutral status. Her words are quoted by Match TV.
Ishmuratova called the Russians’ performance at the 2024 Olympics in Paris under a neutral flag a rejection of the country. In her opinion, such athletes will not represent Russia at the tournament, but only themselves. “I don’t want to call these people traitors, it will sound too loud and pretentious, but supporting them in this case would be wrong,” Ishmuratova emphasized.
