42,271 Athletic members opt for 17,848 tickets for the final

A total of 42,271 members of the Athletic Club97% of the 43,649 registered, have registered to participate in the 17,848 draw locations allocated by the red-and-white entity to its social mass for the final of the Copa del Rey on April 6 in Seville.
The draw to distribute the tickets will be held before a notary next Thursday (March 14) in San Mamés at 12:00 p.m.. A day before, Athletic reported, a computer program will assign each member as many draw numbers as they have entries, depending on the matches they have attended at San Mamés this season.
Regarding the number of seats that Athletic will be distributed, it clarifies that, of the package of 20,698 reserved for the club by the Federation, those 17,848 will be distributed among the members and the remaining 2,850 will be used to meet the different contractual, institutional, sporting, social and sponsor commitments..
“The amount of them (those reserved for the club) is lower than that of the last two finals played with the publicdespite the growth in structure and commercial relations of the entity”, Athletic has stressed.
