Beginners advised not to change training programs for 12 weeks
Fitness expert Elena Sobol revealed the correct frequency of changing the training program. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.
Sobol noted that the need for change depends on age, experience, goals and health status. “Some exercises can remain the same for two to four months, while other types of exercise can be changed every two to four weeks,” she explained.
For beginners, the expert advised not to change programs for at least 12 weeks. For those who have been training for more than a year, Sobol recommended making small changes to the training process every month.
Earlier, international master of sports in athletics Valeria Andreeva recommended a set of exercises with fitness bands for a thin waist. She suggested doing a reverse plank, a side plank with a diagonal touch, and a rock climber.
