Carrera condemned Promes for a video from a nightclub with his participation
The former head coach of Spartak Moscow, Massimo Carrera, appreciated the video with the participation of the team’s foreign player Quincy Promes, filmed by his girlfriend in one of the nightclubs in Dubai. His words are quoted by RT.
The specialist condemned the football player, reminding him that he should be an example for young fans. “He does wrong to those who are close to him and love him. I think the coach should have a serious conversation with Quincy after this,” Carrera said.
The video was previously published on social networks by Promes’ friend Tabatha Robinson. It was filmed on the night of March 6th.
On February 29, Promes was detained at border control at Dubai airport for being involved in an accident and leaving the scene. Later it was clarified that the football player would not be sentenced to prison in the UAE – he would be punished with a fine. In addition, he will not be extradited to the Netherlands. There he received a total of 7.5 years in prison for two criminal cases.
