Fitness expert Irina Rotach named the best way to get in shape for summer. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

Rotach recommended performing a group of exercises. The first of these was abduction of the arms and legs in the plank. To do this, you need to get on all fours, and then move your right leg and straighten your left arm. The exercise must be repeated on the other side.

The next exercises were push-ups, jumping squats, bicycle and Russian crunches. To perform the latter, you need to sit on the floor with your hands clasped in front of your chest, then you need to turn to the right and stretch your hands to your right thigh, then turn to the left and stretch to your left thigh.

On February 5, fitness trainer Adam Enez named the main principles of training for weight loss. The expert said that there is no need to spend too much time on cardio training. Instead, you need to move more, for example, walking to work and taking the stairs.
