To perform “opening a book,” you need to lie on your side, put one hand under your head, and extend the other in front of you. Then you need to bend your legs and stretch with the top of your head. As you inhale, you need to stretch your free hand back and turn your chest toward the ceiling, and as you exhale, return to the starting position.
