Chelsea move away from the lead after equalizing without goals against Wolverhampton

Chelsea drew 1-1 against Everton the previous day. In the last matches he played, he won 2 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw.

Chelsea, with many casualties from COVID-19 and upset that the Premier League rejected their request to postpone the match, could not go from a draw to zero against Wolverhampton Wanderers and are six points away from the lead.

Chelsea’s German manager Thomas Tuchel had only six substitutes, two of them goalkeepers, and had to turn to center-back Trevoh Chablobah as a midfielder, surprisingly instead of Saúl Ñíguez, who came out after the break.

Despite having Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech and Mason Mount at the top, the London team again lacked punch.

It was a very poor game for the ‘Blues’, who have won only one of the last five games and are suffering their worst moment since Tuchel came to his bench.

The only positive news is that they left a clean sheet for the first time in almost a month, since they beat Juventus Turin 4-0. They have gone from being leaders of the Premier a few days ago to being six points behind Manchester City and two from Liverpool, which still has a game to play against Tottenham Hotspur. (D)
