Ex-CSKA player Vagner Love admitted that he gave bribes to traffic police officers in Russia
Former CSKA striker Vagner Love admitted in an interview with the Nobel YouTube channel that he gave bribes to traffic police officers in Russia.
The ex-player of the capital’s club said that this happened several times. “I was driving a car, had drunk a little before, and was stopped. I don’t remember if I gave a thousand dollars, but similar cases happened more than once. Perhaps I paid even more. They could find me at any moment. But if I was at home, what could they do? – he shared.
Love came to CSKA twice. He played for the team from 2004 to 2011, and also played for the club in 2013. Together with CSKA, the Brazilian won the Russian Championship three times and won the National Cup six times. In 2005, Love won the UEFA Cup as part of the army team.
Previously, former tennis player Andy Roddick said that he was robbed by a Russian policeman in 2006. According to the American, he gave the policeman $300 because he threatened him with prison.
