According to him, overweight people should do light exercise for the first two months so that the body gets used to the load. “Losing 10-12 kilograms in a month is not practical. A professional trainer, based on anatomy, knows that an overweight person should not lose more than four kilograms per month, otherwise he may have a heart attack. This may also be fraught with other negative health consequences,” the specialist warned.
Huseynov also spoke about the features of running training for those who want to lose weight. “You can’t run a lot. And this needs to be done at low speed – about three to four kilometers per hour. A coach must approach each of his students individually,” the coach said.
