The player of Athletic Raul Garcia has become the match that pits the red and white team against the Almeria in it only active player in LaLiga EA Sports to reach 600 games in the First Division.
The 37-year-old Navarrese forward only has ahead of him in that historical ranking Andoni Zubizarreta and Joaquin Sanchezboth already retired and tied at the head of that classification with 622 games.
Of those 600 matches in which Raúl García has participated so far in the highest category, 101 were with Osasuna216 with the Atlético de Madrid and the last 283 with the Athletic.
Zizur Mayor’s footballer, with 109 goals, also occupies a prominent place in the ranking of filmmakers who continue to play in LaLiga. Antoine Griezmann (185), Iago Aspas (149) and Gerard Moreno (118) are the only forwards with better numbers than the Navarrese.
