Footballer Christopher Martins described Russia with the words “Spartak”, surprise and people
Midfielder of Spartak Moscow and the Luxembourg national football team Christopher Martins described Russia in three words. He is quoted by Sport Express.
“The first is Spartak, because playing football here is a pleasure for me. The second is surprise, surprise. In a good way, I was amazed by what I see around me when I arrived in Russia,” Martins said. The third player named people, since he made many good friends in Russia.
Last summer, the Nigerian striker of St. Petersburg Zenit Mary-Ann Ezenagu spoke about the things that amazed her in Russia. The football player said that she was surprised by the amount of snow.
Martins has been playing for Spartak since 2022. This season he played 17 matches in the Russian Premier League (RPL) in which he scored two goals and made two assists.
