A fitness trainer recommended a set of exercises for morning swelling

Fitness trainer and nutritionist Alena Nesterova recommended a set of exercises for morning swelling. Her words are quoted by Woman.ru.

The starting position for all exercises is standing, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Each exercise is performed 20 times.

Nesterova suggested starting with patting the sides. To do this, go around your stomach with your left palm, as if hugging yourself, and touch your right thigh, at the same time, go around your back with your right hand and touch your left thigh with your palm. Then quickly change hands. Then knead your shoulders and collarbones by gently massaging them with opposite hands.

Next, the trainer recommended gently stretching your neck: with your right palm, circling your arm above your head, touch your left temple and slightly tilt your head to the right, repeat the same in the opposite direction. Then extend your arms above your head, cross your palms and draw a small circle around your head, thus stretching your arms.

The next exercise that the expert recommended was “Framework”. Place your hands in front of you, as if you were sitting at a desk, then, maintaining the position, put your hands behind your head and return them back. Also perform raising your elbows to the sides with your palms on the back of your head, bringing your arms above your head and raising your arms bent at a right angle to the sides.

Previously, the minimum set of equipment for a home gym was listed. It was recommended to acquire a fitness mat, yoga blocks, dumbbells and a horizontal bar.
