Fitness trainer Olga Derendeeva spoke about an exercise that will help enlarge your buttocks. Her words are quoted by Around the World.
Derendeeva advised beginners to perform a classic gluteal bridge. Starting position – lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, feet shoulder-width apart and slightly turned outward. Also fasten the fitness band slightly above your knees. Next, as you exhale, lift your pelvis, keeping your lower back straight, press on your heels and stretch the band to the sides. After a pause at the top, slowly return to the starting position. Derendeeva suggested doing the exercise to failure.
You can also perform a more complicated version of the bridge. The starting position remains the same, but with your shoulder blades resting on a sofa or bench and dumbbells or a barbell on your hips.
Earlier, fitness trainer Andrei Shishkov named one exercise that will help pump up the muscles of the legs, buttocks and back. He advised me to do more difficult bends.
