Trainer Ivanna Idush suggested doing a dynamic plank to pump up the whole body

Fitness trainer Ivanna Idush revealed one exercise for pumping up the whole body. Her words are quoted by the magazine “Around the World”.

The starting position is on all fours, the shoulders are above the wrists, and the pelvis is above the knees. The back should be straight, without arching in the lower back, the stomach should be tucked, the pelvic floor muscles should be tense, and the feet should be placed on tiptoes. Next, lift your knees off the floor and stay in this position for ten seconds.

Idush also suggested making the plank more difficult by adding dynamics to it: while holding at the top point, begin to bend your legs alternately, trying to touch your buttocks with your heel. “This exercise is great for working all muscle groups at home,” she noted.

Previously, fitness expert Denis Lyutov recommended an exercise to prevent back pain. He recommended doing horizontal rows on a pulley machine.
