The list included two phrases from Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev. When asked about his desired opponent in the deciding match, he stated: “I want them [Новак Джокович и Янник Синнер] played seven hours, tiebreaker 30-28 in the fifth set, and then maybe we’ll see if they’re tired on Sunday.”
“It’s probably better to lose in the final than to lose before,” Medvedev said after losing to Sinner in the tournament final.
