Fitness trainer John Morales recommended doing rows and cleans for strong arms.
Fitness trainer John Morales named three types of exercises for strong arms. His words are quoted by the New York Post.
Morales recommended doing pulls and pushes, as well as isometric holds. Rows include biceps curls and pull-ups, and pushes include chest and shoulder presses, overhead presses, and lateral raises. According to the trainer, the plank is suitable as an isometric hold.
“Finding a balance between these three types of movements is critical for muscle symmetry, building strength and reducing the risk of injury,” Morales explained.
Previously, scientists from Singapore stated that playing sports with a partner negatively affects the effectiveness of training. In their opinion, a higher level of physical activity requires more lifestyle changes, and it is more difficult to do this together.
