To get started, Rotach advised doing squats while touching the floor. Next, you need to do squats with alternating knee touches, in which you need to alternately pull your knees to your chest and touch them with your elbows. It is also worth doing planks and push-ups.
In the next part, the expert recommended doing leg raises. To do this, you need to lie on the floor, stretch your arms along your torso, and straighten your legs, then raise your straight legs so that they are perpendicular to the floor. The last exercise will be Russian crunches, in which you need to sit on the floor and bend your knees, then turn your torso to the right and touch your hands to the floor.
