On Thursday, the club’s authorities announced the name of the new coach. It was Paolo Vanoli. The Italian signed a contract for a year and a half, renewable for twelve months. “We are pleased to announce that the Italian specialist Paolo Vanoli has become our new trainer!” – wrote the club on Twitter.
Paolo Vanoli in the past worked, among others in the first national team of Italy (2016-2017) as a technical coach, in Chelsea (2017-18), where he was an assistant coach, and in Inter Milan (2019-2021), where he was a technical coach. Previously, he also worked for the Italian youth national teams – U17, U18 and U19. First, he was an assistant coach there, and later he led the teams himself.
