Coach Sulim advised combining strength and cardio training to burn fat
Associate Professor of the Department of Sports Disciplines at the State University of Education, fitness trainer Alexandra Sulim named five ways to burn belly fat. Her words are quoted by Izvestia.
Firstly, the specialist advised combining strength and cardio training. “At the same time, the duration of cardio training should be at least 30 minutes and include interval acceleration,” she noted.
Secondly, Sulim recommended eating no earlier than 30 minutes after training. She also recalled the importance of following a diet and daily calorie intake.
In addition, the trainer advised to maintain a drinking regime. According to Sulim, the daily dose is 30 milliliters of water per kilogram of weight. She also recommended supplementing the diet with dietary supplements.
