Nurmagomedov’s undefeated brother Umar complained about the lack of opponents in the UFC
Umar Nurmagomedov, the cousin of former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, complained about the lack of opponents in the promotion. He spoke about this on a social network X (formerly Twitter).
“What should I do if no one wants to fight me?” — asked the 27-year-old Russian athlete. In November it was reported that Nurmagomedov plans to meet with American Corey Sandhagen. The fight could headline UFC Fight Night on February 11. The event will take place in Las Vegas (USA).
Nurmagomedov has won four fights in a row in the UFC. His last fight took place in January 2023, when the athlete knocked out Brazilian Raoni Barcelos in the first round.
In total, the Russian has 16 victories and not a single defeat in his career.
