The doctor said that you need to walk faster and breathe slower, which will help keep you warm. In this case, you need to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. To increase blood circulation, you need to work with your hands in all joints – clench your fingers, work with your wrist joints. The same can be repeated for the legs.

The last thing Tarasov recommended was to inhale slowly through the nose, and then exhale in three short stages. This exercise helps saturate the blood with oxygen and also speed up blood circulation in the respiratory muscles.
