The trainer recommended an exercise without equipment for sculpted abs

Fitness trainer Dmitry Shcheblitsky recommended an exercise without equipment for sculpted abs. His words are quoted by “Championship”.

The specialist recommended doing the “book” exercise. According to him, it helps strengthen the core muscles, improves posture and improves overall stability. The exercise involves three muscles at once: the rectus and oblique abdominal muscles, as well as the iliopsoas muscle.

Shcheblitsky suggested starting to perform this exercise on a bench. Starting position – sitting on a bench, you need to put your legs together and slightly bent at the knees forward, rest your hands on the edge of the support and tilt your body back. Then you should raise your legs and find balance while sitting on your gluteal mounds. “As you exhale, lift your legs, bending them at the knees and pulling them towards you. At the same time, lean your body forward, bringing your chest closer to your knees. Pause for one second, then inhale and return to the starting position,” he described the technique.

The exercise can also be performed on a mat. If the exercise works well, you can complicate it. To do this, you need to lift your arms off the floor, straighten and extend them in front of you.

Earlier, expert Eduard Kanevsky debunked stereotypes about fitness. He dispelled the myth that women should not work out with iron, and also advised against going on detox diets that are popular today.
