The coaches of the children’s hockey teams “Krylya Sovetov” and “Red Machine – Junior” got into a fight during a match in Moscow. Match TV reports this.

According to the source, the incident occurred in the second period of the match with the score 4:3 in favor of the Red Machine. Krylia Sovetov coach Pavel Platonov attacked the opposing coach Nikita Illarionov, threw him onto the ice and began beating him. The judges managed to separate them. It is noted that both coaches then went in different directions.

Illarionov said that his opponent was the instigator and called Platonov’s behavior undignified. The coach emphasized that he had to go to the emergency room for medical care.

In November 2021, hockey players from the children’s teams “Sochi” and “Polar Wolves 2013” started a mass brawl during the warm-up before the match of the junior tournament in Sochi. The mother of one of the young athletes said that the owners attacked their rivals from Yakutia during training with the support of their coach, who rejoiced and approved of the brawl.
