Fitness trainer Lyudmila Tkach suggested doing head tilts at the workplace
Fitness trainer Lyudmila Tkach recommended exercises that will help tone up in the workplace. Her words are quoted by Woman Hit.
The specialist suggested starting with head tilts. “We put our hands behind our heads, straighten our back and lower our chin. Lean forward as you exhale, your back should round until you feel tension in your back muscles. Exhaling, straighten up, bending your back a little,” she described the technique of performing the exercise.
Next, Tkach recommended doing side bends of the torso with the arm. The exercise will relieve muscle tension and improve spinal mobility.
The next exercise is aimed at stretching the muscles of the buttocks and thighs. “Without getting up from the chair, we press our feet to the floor and place the foot of our right foot on the knee of the other leg. We bend forward as we exhale, the forearm should lie on the shin of the raised leg. We hold the position for about ten seconds,” Tkach described the technique, noting that the back should not be rounded.
Another exercise is knee extension. In a sitting position, press your feet to the floor, and then lift your legs one by one and hold them at the top point, without lifting your knees from the chair.
Previously, the Russians were named the best exercises in the absence of strength. It was noted that in this state it is better to do walking or yoga.
