Akhmat called reports of a clash during halftime of the match with Spartak false

The press service of Grozny’s Akhmat responded to information about a clash between players and coaches during the match of the 17th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) with Moscow Spartak. “Championship” reports this.

“The messages that appeared on the Internet about an alleged incident during the break of the match with Spartak are absolutely false and do not correspond to reality,” Akhmat said, emphasizing that the club has always had excellent relations with Spartak.

Earlier, the head of the press service of the Moscow team, Dmitry Zelenov, did not deny the information that had appeared. “But we see no point in focusing on this. Now the team is focused on preparing for the final game of the year,” he said.

On December 5, it was reported that the Chairman of the Chechen Parliament, Magomed Daudov, helped prevent a mass brawl involving players and coaches of Akhmat and Spartak. The conflict occurred in the tribune room after the end of the first half. Representatives of Akhmat reproached the Spartak players for inappropriate behavior, and a member of the Spartak coaching staff, Carlos Moreno, received a blow from one of the Grozny residents and tried to respond.
