The specialist mentioned squats on a chair, flexion and extension of the arms at the elbow joint, rotation of the head and shoulders, walking in place, stretching the gluteal muscle, which is performed by bending to the floor from a position sitting on a chair, as well as imitating the movement of scissors with the legs from the same position.
“One of the main advantages of these exercises is that they can be done anywhere and at any time. This helps reduce the time we spend passively at the computer or in transport, and increase the level of physical activity during the day,” said Krekova.
Earlier, fitness trainer Alena Voropai revealed a set of exercises for women who want to lose weight. She recommended classic push-ups, reverse push-ups, lunges, front squats, leg swings, calf raises and abdominal exercises.
