MMA fighter Conor McGregor calls himself President of Ireland
Irish mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Conor McGregor posted a photo in a white suit. The athlete posted the photo on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
“Ireland, your president,” the fighter captioned the photo. Previously, McGregor criticized the country’s authorities. He published the comment amid unrest in Dublin following an attack by a migrant on a local woman with children. He condemned the protesters and also called for changes in the country.

On November 28, it became known that the Dublin pub The Black Forge Inn, owned by McGregor, was suffering losses. At the end of last year, the athlete lost 432 thousand euros.
McGregor, 35, is a former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight and featherweight champion. In total, the Irishman had 28 fights in his career, in which he won 22 victories and suffered six defeats.
