To begin with, the specialist advised to perform kettlebell swings, for which you need to stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, and take the kettlebell in your hands. Next, you need to bend your knees a little, while holding the weight back between your legs, as if swinging it. Then you need to stand up straight and lift the weight to chest level.
The next exercise will be squats with a kettlebell. The expert named the Romanian deadlift with kettlebells as the last exercise. To do this, you need to stand up, holding a weight with both hands. Next, you need to place your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your knees slightly. Then tilt your body, keeping your back straight and lowering the weight along your legs, and return to the starting position.
On November 20, Rotach named a way to pump up six-pack abs at home. The trainer advised me to do crunches, scissors, V-pendulum and Russian twist.
