Men Today journalists named an effective static exercise for the leg muscles that can be performed at work. This is reported in the publication’s material.
The authors suggested performing the “chair” exercise. Starting position: standing with your back to the wall, feet shoulder-width apart. Then you need to smoothly slide down the wall until your thighs are parallel to the floor. It is important to stay in this position for 15-20 seconds, taking even breaths and exhalations, after which you can return to the starting position.
The exercise is performed in two to three approaches. According to the authors, it will help strengthen muscles, as well as normalize blood pressure and blood circulation.
