Konopko’s fitness trainers offered a set of four exercises for couples

Fitness trainers Anastasia and Alexey Konopko recommended a set of exercises for couples. A video with the exercise technique is available on the MensHealthRussia YouTube channel.

The complex includes four exercises that are performed in three approaches. One circuit consists of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.

The first exercise that the trainers recommended was squats with the support of a partner. They are performed facing each other, and you need to alternately clasp your right and left hands, changing them at the top point.

The next exercise of the complex is aimed at working out the abs. Starting position – sit opposite each other, turn slightly to the right and stretch your legs. Then bring your knees to your chest and straighten your legs to the left. The feet can be left hanging or placed on the floor.

Next, Konopko was offered to perform a side plank with an opening. Take your starting position next to each other, then simultaneously raise your arms up and turn your torso.

The last exercise of the complex is a synchronized sit-up. Starting position: sit opposite each other with your feet clasped together. Then simultaneously lie down on the floor, touching your hands behind your head, and rise up, touching your partner’s palms.

Previously, the best exercises for men over 40 were named. The authors of the material recommended doing half-squat steps, planks, squats, lunges and push-ups.
