Independiente del Valle and Liga de Quito are the clubs that will face off in this edition of the Pro League to win the trophy.
The matches in the fight for this season’s crown will be on December 10 and 17. The schedule of matches will be announced in the coming days.
The first match will be at the Banco Guayaquil stadium (because IDV only has the possibility of reaching 55 units in the accumulated table), and the second leg at Rodrigo Paz (U has 59 and that is an unattainable number).
It is the first time, since the Pro League took over the organization of the A series of the championship in 2019, that a team from the Costa region does not have a representative in the finals.
In the first edition, Delfín surpassed Liga (Q); Barcelona SC defeated LDU; Independiente celebrated against Emelec; and Aucas defeated the bullfighters. (D)
