Figure skater Alexandra Trusova refused to consider strip skating vulgar
Russian figure skater Alexandra Trusova, in an interview with Evgenia Medvedeva’s YouTube channel, explained strip training.
“I really like it, it’s very feminine. Now I do this periodically. I dance, we shoot a video, then I stop for a while. Then time comes, and I dance again,” said the 19-year-old athlete. She refused to consider these activities vulgar.
In April 2022, it became known that another Russian figure skater, Medvedeva, was also doing strip plastic. The 24-year-old athlete allowed herself to dance together with Trusova.
Trusova is a silver medalist at the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. At the tournament, she set a historic milestone by landing five quadruple jumps in her free program. The figure skater also won bronze at the World Championships and two bronze medals at the European Championships. She has not competed since November 2022.
