Kazakhs attacked Manchester United’s social networks amid news of Nuraly Alip’s transfer

Kazakhs attacked the Manchester United (Manchester United) Instagram page (social network banned in Russia; owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation and is banned).

This happened against the backdrop of news about the possible transfer of Zenit and Kazakhstan national team defender Nuraly Alip to the English club. The latest post on the social network collected more than 280 thousand comments, most of which are accompanied by emoji with the flag of Kazakhstan.

“It’s just that the whole country will root for Manchester United,” “You definitely need Nuraly Alip,” “Take Alip instead of Harry Maguire,” users write under the post.

Earlier, El.kz news agency reported that the Manchester United team was interested in Alip. It was noted that team representatives came to the game between Kazakhstan and Slovenia (2:1) to watch.

23-year-old Alip has been playing for Zenit St. Petersburg since February 2022. As part of the team, he won the Russian Championship twice and won the country’s Super Cup.
