Gazzetta: Russian Alan Dzagoev decided to retire due to a knee injury

This season, Dzagoev played for Lamia in two matches. The midfielder’s transfer to the Greek club as a free agent became known on September 28. The contract with the football player runs until June 2024.
From 2008 to 2022, Dzagoev played for CSKA Moscow. He played 397 matches for the army team, in which he scored 77 goals and made 93 assists. As part of CSKA, the midfielder became a three-time Russian champion, and also won four Russian Cups and three national Super Cups.
