The head coach of the Turkish Alanyaspor, Fatih Tekke, announced his desire to work at Zenit St. Petersburg. His words are reported by RB Sport.
“If Zenit makes me an offer to work with the team as a coach, naturally, I will agree. I’m waiting for an invitation from them,” he said, adding that he was ready to take the first flight.
Tekke played for Zenit during his playing career. The striker represented the blue-white-sky blues from 2006 to 2009. As part of the team, he became the champion of Russia, winner of the country’s Super Cup, UEFA Cup and Super Cup.
