Elon Musk said Mark Zuckerberg refused to fight him at the Colosseum
The head of SpaceX, Elon Musk, spoke about the reasons for the breakdown of the battle with the head of the Meta corporation (recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia) Mark Zuckerberg. The functionary spoke out in an interview on Joe Rogan’s YouTube channel.
“At first I proposed to fight in the Octagon in Las Vegas. And then we were offered the option of the Colosseum, and I thought that this was simply impossible to refuse. This is a historical place. But Zuckerberg refused,” Musk said. He added that he is ready to fight at any time under any conditions, but Zuckerberg insists on fighting according to the rules of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
In June, Musk wrote in one of his posts about his desire to fight with the CEO of Meta Corporation, and Zuckerberg replied that he accepted the challenge. They began official negotiations for the fight and found an organizer in the person of UFC head Dana White.
On August 16, White spoke about the chances of a Zuckerberg-Musk fight. “I said from day one that Mark is a very serious guy. He loves the sport and trains hard. I believe that he is serious about fighting in the UFC,” White expressed confidence.
