Zenit footballer Mostovoy spoke about the failed transfer to the French club
Zenit footballer Andrei Mostovoy spoke about his desire to play in Europe. His words are reported by RIA Novosti.
The midfielder shared that he had an offer from France, but the transfer fell through. “The club did not have the opportunity to buy me. The club knows there is a dream [играть в Европе]. At the moment, I have decided to re-sign the contract with Zenit,” Mostovoy said.
This season, 26-year-old Mostovoy took part in 11 matches in all tournaments, in which he scored one goal. The midfielder has been playing for Zenit since 2019.
