Fighter Sidorenko said that he combines sports with studies at the Faculty of Philosophy
A fighter from the TOP DOG fist fighting promotion, Alexander Sidorenko, spoke in an interview with Lenta.ru about studying at the Faculty of Philosophy at Belgorod State University.
“I’ve been interested in this science for a long time, but now I decided to try it. It’s quite difficult to combine it with sports, you have to write scientific articles, prepare, and after a couple of missed hits to the head, something can be forgotten,” Sidorenko said, adding that he should skip classes less often.
Sidorenko also graduated from the Faculty of Economics. He noted that he previously worked as an insurance agent after university. “I realized that this is not my thing – it’s too sedentary. Some people like to talk to clients and sell something, but it didn’t suit me,” the fighter added.
23-year-old Sidorenko competes in the featherweight division. As part of the TOP DOG promotion, he fought two fights and won both times. The athlete also practiced boxing.
