Minnesota hockey player Kaprizov said that he takes baths from deer blood

Russian forward of the National Hockey League (NHL) Minnesota Wild club, Kirill Kaprizov, spoke in an interview with the Super League YouTube channel about an unusual procedure to improve immunity.

Kaprizov said that he takes baths from the blood of a deer. “Well, this is a deer. Antler baths, that’s what they’re called. I started doing this a long time ago. As they explain to me, it’s just better for your health, you feel better,” the athlete shared.

This season, Kaprizov played 15 matches in the NHL, in which he scored five goals and ten assists. Earlier, Daily Faceoff included the Russian in the list of contenders for the Maurice Richard Trophy, an award awarded annually to the best sniper of the league’s regular season.

Kaprizov has been playing for Minnesota since 2020. In his debut season, the Russian was recognized as the best rookie in the NHL.
