Bera Bera loses by 7 goals against Sola and will have to come back to qualify for the European League
He Super Amara Bera Bera will have to overcome a seven-goal deficit in the return match against Norwegian Sola to continue in Europe, after lose by 39-32 the meeting of first leg of the Q3 tie of the European League which was played on November 12 in Norway. The second leg will be played at the Basque team’s home on November 19 at 12:00 p.m.
The Norwegian team entered the match better and achieved a two-goal advantage (2-0) in the initial minutes. Afterwards, the locals remained ahead on the scoreboard throughout the first half. Bera Bera reacted, but their rival maintained a lead of three or four goals at all times. The match reached the first 15 minutes with a three-goal advantage for Sola (10-7). In the second quarter of an hour of the first half, the local team was superior to the San Sebastián team and went to half-time with a result of 19-13.
After the restart, Super Amara Bera Bera reacted and managed to close the gap until they got within three goals. (23-20). However, Sola stepped on the accelerator again and reached the last 15 minutes with a five-goal lead. (29-24).
In the final stretch the Norwegian team was superior and won a victory (39-32) which gives him an income of seven points for the return trip.
