Trainer Nadezhda Akhmetova recommended exercises that will help women pump up their buttocks. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.

The specialist recommended performing a set of exercises with weights. The first exercise is lunges in place with a kettlebell in one hand. Then Akhmetova suggested doing sumo squats with a kettlebell. When performing them, the legs should be wider than the shoulders with the toes turned diagonally, and at the lowest point the thighs should be parallel to the floor. The trainer also advised me to do a classic glute bridge with weights.

In addition, Akhmetova advised performing Bulgarian lunges with a kettlebell. The final exercise of the complex is classic squats with weights.
