Sporting won an important victory this Saturday. Playing at home, at Estádio José Alvalade, the team beat Boa Vista by 2-0, in the 14th round of the Portuguese Championship. With the score, the team conquers the momentary leadership of the competition.
The first half had no goals. Sporting pressured and had greater game volume, but stopped in the opposing defense.
In the second stage, the principals managed to break the blockade. On minute eight, Nuno dos Santos received the ball from the left wing and found Sarabia in the middle of the area, counting with a fault in the marking. The Spaniard had freedom and hit cross, opening the score and swinging the net for the third consecutive game.
