Cynthia viteri, Mayor of Guayaquil, signed the letter of commitment on May 11, 2021 ″.
Elsewhere in the letter it says: “Additionally, the Ministry of Sports, emphasizing the importance of the organization of Bolivarian Games 2025 for the country, sent several communications to the COE and held meetings with the institutions listed above, for the preparation and presentation of the respective candidacy”.
