Bayern turns and remains in the lead of Alemão

Bayern beat Mainz, 2-1, this Saturday, and continue to lead the German Championship.

The match began with Bayern dominating, which after ten minutes, had a good chance after Alphonso Davies’ submission, from inside the area, scraped the crossbar.

The home team had control of the game until the 21st minute, when they missed the ball and offered it for free to striker Jonathan Burkardt, who passed the marker and crossed in the small area for Karim Onisiwo to head in and open the scoring for Mainz .

Ten minutes later, German Muller had the opportunity to tie, but knocked out. Even with twice the number of submissions, the Bavarians left for half-time with partial defeat.

At eight in the second stage, the home team tied after a beautiful shot from Frenchman Tolisso to compatriot Kingsley Coman, who finished between the opponent’s goalkeeper’s legs. At 15, Coman almost turned the game around with a shot from outside the area.

With 29 minutes in, the young Jamal Musiala received a pass and, with a nice body dribble, left the defender behind to kick in the left corner and turn to Bayern.

With the game under control, the team only managed the result until the final whistle. Thus, Bayern remains calm in the lead of Alemão.
