CORR: scientists have found that an active lifestyle helps improve wealth
Scientists from the National Institutes of Health in the USA have found a connection between an active lifestyle and wealth. The study results are published in the journal Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research (CORR).
For ten years, scientists conducted a survey in which more than 19 thousand people took part. They found that an active lifestyle helps improve wealth. The decrease in mobility, on the contrary, was accompanied by a decrease in the annual income of participants.
In addition, the scientists conducted additional research on older people. They found that exercising once a week helped respondents maintain mobility longer, which in turn influenced their income level.
Previously, scientists from Australia and the UK spoke about the benefits of brief daily activity to prolong life. Researchers have found that one to three minutes of continuous exercise is enough to maintain health.
