The Real society will play two games in Japan in the coming years, in preseason or once official season concludedinside of the sponsorship agreement signed for three years with Yasuda Group, a Japanese business corporation that focuses its business on marketing operations, academy services, and entertainment operations. This was announced by the president of Real, Jokin Aperribay, this Thursday, in the presentation of said agreement, which he carried out together with the executive director of Yasuda Group, Keisuke Yasuda. The agreement with Yasuda Group is “a great opportunity and a great responsibility,” said Aperribay.

The president of Real has refused to reveal the financial amount that this operation will mean for the Gipuzkoan club. It constitutes an alliance that transcends classic sponsorship and is part of the medium and long-term expansion plan of the entity in the Asian country, and covers several areas; one of them focuses on “the international recognition of Real as a pioneer in the development of young talent”, something that will also be promoted in Japan through different “platforms”, such as football academies, which will contribute to improving sports training and Japanese youth staff.

The pact also includes the presence of Real and its first men’s team in different events and events that will take place in Japan throughout its three-year duration. Under the agreement, Yasuda will become the main sponsor of the Royal Society in “all areas of collaboration” common in this type of alliance.

For his part, Keisuke Yasuda has highlighted that, although the Japanese Real player Take Kubo “is very famous” in his country, “it is not the only reason” why he has traveled to San Sebastián, but rather the fact to “focus” on “learning” from Real Sociedad, as something “key” to promoting a series of football training academies in his country.
