Russian forward Panarin said that he blames himself for the Rangers’ defeats
Russian forward of the New York Rangers Artemy Panarin spoke about his emotions after the club’s defeats in the National Hockey League (NHL). His words are quoted on the YouTube channel “All Hockey”.
The striker said that hockey players’ moods constantly change. “Personally, I have this perception if a goal was scored because of me or the team lost specifically because of my fault. You don’t feel very well,” he shared.
Previously, NHL Network included Panarin in the top 50 best active NHL players. The striker took 32nd place on the list. “The 31-year-old left winger scored at least 90 points for the third time in four seasons with the Rangers,” the report noted.
Panarin has been playing for the Rangers since 2019. His contract with the team runs until 2026.
